This was my first time ever at this place. Last Friday we had a strong storm in the area and the electricity went off since Friday until Saturday pm. I went to a new grocery store and asked for help. I asked the ladies in customer service, that while doing my shopping if it was possible to charge my dead cell phone because it was down due to the storm and I wanted to get in touch with my mother that is sick. The ladies from this new grocery store said a big "NO". I understand that you don't go to a grocery store to charge your battery, but this was an emergency, I was disappointed. I was worried because of this, but at the same time I needed to have some breakfast with my medicine, so I arrived to Roy Rogers, asked for the same help and the ladies in the front, very nice, helped me immediately. this talks and means a lot, an excellent customer service. I was able to charge my cell phone while having breakfast and called my mother. Breakfast: I asked for a cheeseburger, it was really good, a big piece of meat that I enjoyed. Atmosphere: it was almost full and it is understandable because people were there to have breakfast. Fast and good service. I came back the next day, Sunday and asked for the roast beef sandwich that was great!!! and the person that was in the front, Drayden, was very nice as well, thank you ladies and Drayden! Roy Rogers, you got a new loyal client, thank you for helping!!
LOVE LOVE LOVEEE THIS LOCATION EVERYTIME I COME HERE MY FOOD IS ALWAYS MADE HOT, FRESH, FLAVORFUL,AND CRISPY. THIS LOCATION HAS NEVER CEASED TO AMAZE ME. I have traveled hours away just to eat at this specific Roy Rogers location due to their consistency on hot and fresh food paired with super friendly service. As a matter of fact I made a last minute decision to drive 2.5 hours just to eat there today. I also noticed that they do a great job with sanitizing their establishment as well :) KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!!
Roy Rogers is unique to Northern Virginia Maryland Delaware. I've been eating this food since I was a kid. They have great fried Chicken. Really good roast beef sandwiches. Great hamburgers/cheeseburgers. The Gold Rush chicken sandwich is a hidden gem. One of the few fast food places where the food has not shrunk and is still the same as it was in the mid-1980s. I would definitely recommend it.
I haven’t been there in ages! I’m glad there’s still a Roy Rogers around every now and then I get tired of the same old stuff such as KFC and Popeyes but it brought back childhood memories in the service there were really kind and they took care of my mother and I as we were trying to get our orders together when I’m in the area I will be coming back!!!
This place is always perfect! Great biscuits, mashed potatoes and gravy, chicken and my favorite ROAST BEEF sandwich!! They front staff are always so nice and helpful (really, I'm not lieing!) I live in Fauquier County and if I'm near Roy's I have to stop by. Which is not nearly enough for me! We need a Roy's in Stafford. Always clean and tvs on!
Visited 12/03/23 Corina was awesome. This was my 1st time & she had a lot of patience with me. I ordered two of the Egg platters w/bacon. It's cheaper without the drink. Everything was perfect except the eggs. They tasted out of a box instead of freshly cracked. Customer service excellent, very clean, didn't take Long to make the orders. I would definitely go back if i'm ever in the area.
Great food, great staff, etc. They food is very good quality for a fast food restaurant. They have free refills for drinks. They also have small, but good, deserts. The staff are very patient and they always make sure that your order is correct. The pricing is inexpensive and reasonable. Would go again.
The Apple Crisp with Ice Cream was amazing! The chicken was very good too. Attentive and hardworking staff. Will definitely come back!
